orders and cancellations

An agreement for Arlette Jewelry to sell goods is made when we accept your order. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the items you selected from the website. All orders are subject to availability and will not constitute a binding contract of sale until accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse or to accept an order. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed to between purchaser and seller when order is placed.

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we will begin to process your order immediately after you click the ”SUBMIT ORDER” button. We are unable to modify, change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

shipping policy and back orders

All orders are shipped via UPS and cannot be sent to a P.O Box. Charge for transport and insurance is not included in the price. While we do try to keep our website updated regarding out of stock items, occasionally an item is out of stock. We try to ship out all order within 14-28 business days. Orders will be shipped once fully processed. We will do our best to process your order even sooner and if an item is backordered, we will contact you by either email or phone.

international shipping

We do accept international orders. If you are visiting Arlettejewelry.com from a location outside of the U.S., and you are interested in placing an order, please email us at info@arlettejewelry.com and write international order in the subject line. We will contact you back to process your order and make special shipping arrangement. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of customer.

All orders are subject to verification and will be processed after your credit card is approved or alternative payment is made.

how do i track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed. Your confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.

warranty and returns

Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects at the time of delivery. If purchaser has a valid claim in respect to goods which is based on defect in their quality or condition or their failure to meet specifications, a claim must be reported by email to customercare@arlettejewelry.com quoting your name and address, detail of the product and the reason for return within three business days of receipt of product as determined by freight carrier’s proof of delivery. Upon acceptance of claim by our company, an RA# will be issued and goods must be returned within ten business days for complete refund.

Returns will not be accepted without a pre-approved RA# number and RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of box. Orders returned without a valid RA# will be refused and no credit given. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

All Returns must be properly packaged in a hard-side box with suitable cushioning material. We will not accept goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Arlette Jewelry cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Each piece of jewelry offered on arlettejewelry.com is handmade. Exercising appropriate care will help ensure the longevity of each piece. Please try to prevent jewelry from coming into direct contact with harsh chemicals, including but not limited to chlorine, perfume, lotion, detergent, and other cleaning agents. Additionally, exposure to water, perspiration, excessive heat, light or moisture will deteriorate the quality of metal.
